At this time, Palestine Drinks Shop does not accept returns.

All orders are final once designated as Fulfilled.

While we rarely encounter issues such as material damage or missed deliveries with our carrier, we understand that problems can arise.

This will allow us to file a claim with the carrier and work with you to find a solution within 30 days from the date of your purchase.

For missing deliveries, please allow up to 10 business days after your order date before contacting us to ensure sufficient time for the carrier to complete delivery.
